Fully Automatic Form Fill & Seal Machineis operator friendly and a low maintenance
machine.
It can be used for packing a wide range of products in the form of powder, granules, liquids and paste etc. in low unit packs.
Can also be customized to pack a wide range of products such as jam, ketchup, tobacco, pan masala, shampoo, namkeen, ball bearings, skimmed milk powder, sugar etc. with the suitable dozing system.
The machine is elegant, small and require single-phase electrical supply, can be installed almost any where. It can also be easily moved from one location to another as it is mounted on castor wheels.
All product contact parts are made up of food grade stainless steel SS-304 / SS-316.
The sophisticated photo registration control system can automatically adjust and correct the pouch repeat within variation range of +1.5 mm.
The machine can be provided with various optional attachments (at an extra cost) like ink coding unit, batch cutting unit, positive unwinding unit and counter as per the customer’s requirement.
